Somehow I didn't even pick up on the two headed bear not being normal... I think I need to go to bed lol! Thanks for the explanation.
I had the inverse problem. Once I asked a guy you play FNV too but got a blank stare instead. Then I realized it's a single headed bear on his hat (a normal Californian flag).

Pretty much everyone that played FNV cannot tell the difference at first.
