Can't wait for the next movie....
Just checked and I think it's filming as we speak. It's not slated for release until 2027.
I know... I hope they do a good job... but i wish they would leave shit alone you know? I was surprised they were actually doing it when I looked it up a few days ago. There was another old movie that was getting another one but I can't remember it right now
Not to spoil your hopes, but the chance for it to not suck is infinitesimal. It's just another quick cash-in with a close-to-guarantee-success. Not that I wouldn't hope for the opposite...
