You don't even need to write a trans character. Starfield merely gives you the option to change your pronouns and the anti-woke dickheads lost their minds.

You know i had a new patient call with a doctor's office yesterday and they asked me for my pronouns and gender identity. Do these people just "crash out" and find a new doctor in these cases? How do people make it through their lives..
