Don't worry too much about the time. Orbital mechanics guarantees that it will return to the exact same place as it left.

Unless the Earth is rotating… You didn't start the earth rotating, did you?

My orbital maths is a bit rusty, but I don't think so? I mean, I am quite close to the top of the planet, and the battery did go pretty quickly, but, uh, I don't think so... 🫣

All (2-body) orbits are ellipses, so the path is guaranteed to travel through starting location a second time.

If your battery does not have enough mass to return to you from below, you may need to speak to the manufacturer regarding warranties.
