They're fascists.
People just call them Nazis because Nazis are the most recent, prominent example of fascists most people are aware of.
They act like Nazis, because they're fascists, and so were Nazis.
To be clear, all fascists should meet the same end as Nazis.
They usually do meet the end the Nazis did. That's why I don't understand the appeal.
