One is that the sign itself actually resembles a nazi sign, and not other objects, and the other is something that is designed to emulate the ideas of nazi signs, without resembling them.
Both are bad. I don't feel I have to actually point that out, but here I am. My goal with the comment here is to make you guys perceive reality and not jump at everything you see.

Yes, jump at the nazis for doing nazi things like arresting people randomly and deporting them after surgically removing subdermal implants, and not for NOT copying the SS insigna, which this is not.
