Yeah, I wasn't really paying attention when I posted, but it's actually the moderator of this community, Occupy Democrats. They're a propaganda/click bait organization that started as a Facebook page. I guess they're trying to get a foothold in the Fediverse now.
Honestly, good, tired of seeing so many pro-republican, pro-russia, and pro-ccp posts on here.
Even Israel's trolls are more active on lemmy and piefed than the democrats seem to be.
I mean, Occupy Democrats is basically just click bait scam two guys run. It peddles in a lot of fake information, and the founders were accused of embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars they claimed were going to a Democratic candidate. I don't think we support misinformation of any kind, even when it supports our worldview, but if you do, you still might want to find something better than Occupy Democrats.
