Remember at the start of his term when they said the limit is 2 consecutive terms? That disqualifies Obie.
That's maybe going to be the argument. First words of the amendment:
Before this Trump bullshit, I thought the limit was 2 consecutive. Took me 10 seconds to look it up. But they'll argue it anyway and the fascists won't take those 10 seconds to check it.
