Perimenopause
A supportive space for women and men navigating perimenopause, man-opause, menopause, hormonal changes, and reclaiming balance in mind, body, and confidence. Share experiences, wellness tips, and real talk about the transitions no one prepares us for.
Perimenopause Community Rules:
1️⃣ Be Kind & Respectful We’re all navigating hormonal chaos — kindness is non-negotiable. No bullying, judgment, or rude behavior will be tolerated.
2️⃣ No Medical Shaming Everyone’s journey is different. Some use HRT, some go natural — no shame, no superiority. Respect all approaches to wellness.
3️⃣ Keep It Real, Not Graphic You can talk openly about your experiences, but avoid explicit sexual content or overly graphic body details. Keep it real, but respectful.
4️⃣ No Diagnosing You can share what worked for you, but don’t claim to diagnose or prescribe. Always encourage others to speak with a licensed professional.
5️⃣ Respect Privacy Do not share another member’s story, screenshot, or username outside the community without permission.
6️⃣ Support, Don’t Sell No ads, MLMs, or product pushing. You can recommend something that genuinely helped you — just no self-promotion or affiliate links.
7️⃣ Science + Experience Welcome Both personal stories and research-based info are welcome. Please cite sources if you’re sharing articles or studies.
8️⃣ No Anti-Men or Anti-Doctor Harassment Constructive venting is fine — harassment or generalizations aren’t. Let’s focus on healing, not hostility.
9️⃣ Community Participation & Sharing: By joining this community, you agree that your posts or comments may be featured or discussed on The Fab 40 Podcast or other Zero Dark Media platforms for educational or community purposes. Usernames and private details will NEVER be exposed without consent. Note: Posts will be paraphrased or anonymized when shared publicly to protect member privacy.
🔟 Keep It Supportive & Safe This space is for women supporting women. We laugh, cry, and vent — but we always leave each other better than we found one another. 💜

Personally speaking, just do CBD or melatonin supplementaion (due to high serotonin for the latter). I tried Rebel Zen (just CBD) and küribl (CBD/CBG). However, since I might qualify for the assistance program, there's a chance I'll be trying Lazarus Organics soon.
I've heard of CBD having good calming effects. I'll look into that too
