Vaping Troubles (lemmy.world)

I'm trying to switch to vaping oil. I've started using the UNI Pro 2.0. I can't stop these extended coughing fits. I have it at the lowest voltage. I pre-heat. I take a very short hit. But more often than not, I ended up coughing for 15 minutes.

Was really looking forward to transitioning to vaping but have been extremely disappointed. Is there anything that cane be done about this or should I just back to combustion?

I've found you have to approach it a bit differently, take a much smaller hit than you normally would, like half, even if you don't feel it in your lungs yet.. then take the rest of the breath of fresh air, inhale and exhale in a fluid manner you don't need to hold it in too long or at all.

Indeed, if I take less than second per hit, I get the coughing fit less often although sometimes I still do. If I take too big of one I could be coughing for 10 minutes.
