how long it takes to reach a customer support person depends entirely on how many support people the business employs...
Also how fast they work I guess. But how many people the business employs is also a work ethic problem.
I've never worked in customer facing roles like that, but it seems like it would depend more on the customer than the employee 😅
How? It's purely up to how much the business is willing to spend...
