That's a rich 6-year-old.
The suit was against the assistant principal of the school. I doubt the assistant principal will be capable of paying $10m, so the teacher likely won't see any of the money. Especially if the assistant principal ends up in prison after the criminal trial.
Insurance is more likely.
Y'all aren't insured??
You’d think you would sue the school district or something?
