Nah, Putin would at least treat the situation tactically, by that I mean that he would watch the scene, making sure no one used the action to try and harm him, then bring his body guards and move to another room.

He would not be ignoring it so completely as Trump is doing.

Trump looks like his operating system has crashed. Maybe he's rebooting, maybe he's just frozen.
