I read this sentence as:

There are a ton of people who have severe balance issues, blood pressure issues that cause ~~fainting~~ farting when standing

And I was like "......and the solution is a wheelchair???"

Nope. I'm just illiterate apperently. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm at a trendy new bar. It has a door marked "Pirate". Do you think a pirate lives in there???

No, no, the pirates don't live there. They live on their boats. That's where the pirates hide their gold. Maritime law states you're allowed to take whatever you want from that room, as it's ill-gotten gains. Trust me, just go in and take whatever you see!
