Hmmm... that SteamCube looks suspicious. I wonder if Nintendo will have a patent to troll there too, given their last developments...

You can't patent the shape of an object.

Objects can be trademarked, but generic shapes can't be.

I know, it was a joke... or I hope at least... Considering that in japan you can patent game mechanics, I wouldn't be surprised of this.
