Many years ago I read, "What you do in middle age determines what you can do in old age."
Passing through middle-age, yeah, it's true. My diet and "sustainable" alcolism aside, I move, I can still move. At 54 I have zero back, knee, joint, whatever problems. Helps being non-fat. I think that's a major thing for younger people suffering pains.
