You'd think so, but not really. In terms of pollution, a mega yacht pretty much makes a private jet look like a bicycle.

He might as well just hand most of the money directly to a refinery in Cancer Alley.

True, but a bigger part of the problem is that when they DO spend it rather than pathologically hoarding it, it's often on things that are actively harmful. Such as corrupt politicians, AI nonsense, and mega yachts.
