You mean "vandalism"? Because this wasn't an accident, they did this on purpose, so it's not stupidity.
What is the reason for vandalism? Stupidity in most cases.
I think probably boredom in most cases
Some "vandals" can be very clever and creative
Some are clever, but most are morons.
I think that describes everyone, if you are edgy enough.
It's destruction of property from using excess paper and loss of income from delayed orders behind that order.
