All people I ever witnessed wanting to speak with the manager/complaining to the personnel were entitled men.
When a woman complains about something completely legitimate she's considered a "Karen" nowadays. It's all about controlling women.
You can look up the actual definition of "Karen" for free, Karen.
Women are bossy, moody and hysterical; men are stern, bold and concerned.
Right?!
