The cyrillic (Russian) transliterates as :

(genie coming out) Vshuukh!
(clicking fingers) Shyelk!
(corpse appears) PUF!
(wanted posters) Vnimanie v Rozıske (which I assume is dead or alive?)

the posters' text (Russian) translates to "Warning: Wanted"
