That's Alex Horne's band, "The Horne Section" in case you weren't aware
The theme itself is ‘Frolic’ by Luciano Michelini, composed in 1974 for the film ‘La bellissima estate’ and used since then in some advertisements, in which Larry David had heard it. ‘Curb’ generally uses several old ‘production music’ pieces, i.e. those from a music library for films, tv and such. ‘It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ also does this.
I was talking about the Taskmaster theme. Thought it was clear since I mentioned Alex Horne. The guy who basically created (and hosts) the show.
Ah, I'm not familiar with the show. Was wondering where a band fits in, if the track is library music.
