4chan and their offshoot nazi spaces. It's not entirely apropriated by them but it's incredibly popular, there were shitholes like r/frenworld which sit all day and made fascist dogwhistles with pepe and clowns (and clown pepes).

Yeah they are still on it, just 3 day ago i encountered one of them here on lemmy, and i'm not even active here.
