It was found near Izmit, which is near Istanbul, quite a long way out of any off coarse accident or combat zone. This looks more like Russian provocation or just plain spying. The Russians did strike a Turkish ferry in Odessa recently, I would not doubt they are spying and looking for more potential targets. Putin is really off his rocker if he is trying to provoke Turkey into the war.

That would be insane. Turkey doesn't fuck around with its airspace.
