Why? Legacy code and the inability of AI to work with anything that is not standard. I spend more time finding errors in the code generated than I would’ve needed to write it myself.
And don’t get me started on inefficiency like nested loops which are fairly easy to avoid, but AI seems to just love them.
AI simply sucks.
