There is no "fixing" traffic. There is only maintenance, endless patchwork maintenance. And Zuul.
I made an extensive bike path network though my city. It was amazing! The. The bike path itself would have traffic problems ๐ซฉ
Maving the big traffic problem to a large number of small traffic problems. Sounds like a 'fix' to me.
Until your population increases by 50% and you have to do it all again.
