I see a lot of people outside the USA confused at why we have autocrat when we have gun.

We're not confused. We know exactly why. We're just calling out the bullshit we've been listening to for decades when Americans defend having guns in the aisles of Walmart. The idea that it would ever stop a malicious government was crap.

Again, those people are have gun, fine with their autocrat. Not all gun owners are like that, there's more nuance than what I said but the general picture to understand is there.
