The trafficking is still a crime no matter how you frame it.
don't fall into the trap of talking about child rape or any age rape in terms of what's "legal" or not.
if you do, you're basically saying "if it's 'legal,' then it's fine"
yea, there are plenty of places in the world where it's not a "crime" for a 45 year old ot marry a 12 year old-- are you totally cool with that?
