You do what anyone does when someone steals your work. Consultant a lawyer. Governments are not immune from the laws they pass.

If the DHS ignores their cases then theres a really high chance the courts stick them with fines, such was the case with the DOGE firings.

Theres a reason the DOJ released what little of the Epstein files they did, and it's not because their hearts grew three sizes this year.
