What if the good ones tell their union to fight for the bad ones?

What if a couple proactive employees try to get the bad ones fired, and the rest of the employees bully the proactive ones and try to get them fired instead?

It's difficult to express nuance in a meme. It's easy to pick apart a meme if one is an obtuse pedantic twat
