J'ai lu du bien de Airvpn, basé en Italie et permet le port forwarding.

Mullvad ne permet pas le port forwarding, et pour Proton apparemment ce n'est pas tout à fait possible

J'utilise CyberGhost, leur offre était pas trop chère, c'est pas mal mais je ne saurais pas trop quoi recommander.
