vance can then be impeached if he does not follow the law.

Will he be impeached before or after he's excommunicated?

EDIT: I was wrong, he's Catholic, he should be excommed

Evangelicals don't believe in excommunication, their churches don't have central authorities which is why so many of them turn into money grubbing scams like televangelists with mega-churches.

if trump gets impeached then theoretically congress should be functioning again and enforcing the constitution and law on the executive.

I feel like Vance for all his aspirations cannot be compared to an elderly serial rapist pedophile who dodged the draft and tore down a wing of the whitehouse.

yeah he may or may not break the law but presidents that do should be impeached if congress is functioning correctly.

And then you'll have the equally loathsome Mike Johnson. It's scumbags all the way down with that mob.

following the law which includes the constitution should be the standard regardless. then it goes all the way down.

Vance will have chosen Thiel as his vice before then.

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 1 points 1 day ago

I reckon Thiel is probably pretty content where he is, running things behind the scenes.

The VP has to be confirmed by the Senate if appointed after the election. A Senate that would convict Trump wouldn't confirm Thiel.
