Sounds like some strangers in police uniform perform illegal abductions.
Doesn't matter if the govs sent them or not. People should defend themselves. This is why everyone has guns, right? Right?
They travel in gangs of four or more and pick off singles and doubles. Even if you wanted to get in a firefight (bad idea in any case) those are shitty odds.
I'm making sure my friends are travelling in groups. If they don't have 4 in public I worry they will be next.
But if every teacher had a shotgun the problem could have been solved.
Or you can use grenades to take everyone with you
