Por considerar confusa, a expressão "código fechado" (veja), ou alguma variação, está entre as que o movimento do #SoftwareLivre evita, mesmo com significado prático similar: prefere chamar isso simplesmente de software não livre ou privativo, a ser combatido. :drakeNo:
