Ich bin gerade über "plier English" gestolpert, welcher in !i_itrl@feddit.org praktiziert wird.

Einfache Gespräche (ob in ZNA oder privat) mit "Ein Pat mit Zn VU" (Ein Patient mit Zustand nach VU) können aber durchaus vorkommen.

Wer weiß, wie viele Kombinationen es noch gibt, wo aneinander erstmal vorbeigeredet wird...
