No tengo idea de si tiene OTA o no. El problema es que Lineage no soporta upgrade de versiones mayores desde el SO mismo, hay que hacerlo por el bootloader lo que significa respaldar apps, particiones, data, arriesgar un softlock or hardlock, etc.
