Not that it matters that much, he strangled a child, but now he strangled not a young woman, he strangled a little girl

This fucker for me is at the exact same level as a pedophile. Strangling somebody like that can, amongst things, cause life long injuries or even death. Throw him in a burning fire or something, I don't care.
