Sand can be fascinating! Like someone said, the green is likely beach glass. But here is more on various colorful sand grains: https://geology.com/articles/sand-grains.shtml

If the Bandon mentioned is the one in Oregon, it could also be olivine or epidote. Both are pretty common in the PNW.
