Today's numbers are really weird, about a 1000 casualties more than average lately, and at the same time equally fewer drones.
For the high number of casualties, there is a curiously low number of losses of equipment?
I've seen claims that the Russian front line is in chaos, due to the loss of Starlink and Telegram. Maybe this is a consequence of that?
Sometimes some numbers from a couple of days "catch up", making one inflated day number, but I have no idea if that is what's happening here.

That the russian forces were defeated and fleeing without any cohesive strategy somewhere, which means they couldn't put up a fight and took heavy losses
routed is a synonym to humbled, overpowered or overwhelmed
