How do I get a wire out of one of these connectors? (infosec.pub)

I tried to push that plastic tab part but it just snapped off. 🫠

Yep! I ended up taking the tab all the way off. I was able to wedge some tweezers in between the wire and the v shaped clip. Thanks!
