Now with 100% more credit to the artist:

An increase from nothing to something cannot be measured in percent.

I'm fascinated by the fact that after all these years Shen finally begins drawing noses on the characters instead of triangles.

I followed one artist back in the day, and made a couple joking comments on how the hands in her comics tended to look messed up. Some time later, she noted on a new post that she practiced drawing the hands more carefully just for me. Felt quite satisfying.

At this point I'm just outright blocking Beep@lemmus.org

Beep consistently keeps removing the artist from their posts and it's disgusting.

I'm going to frame all my responses to his comics as advertisements.

I am not blocking for the opportunity to continue down voting someone being shitty.

Thank you, wish everyone would credit the artists. I feel like it hurts everyone because sometimes I just want to see more from them.

0 to 1 is infinitely more, not 100%.

[–] Speiser0@feddit.org 5 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

In relative terms it's infinite, but the absolute difference is 1, aka 100%.

[–] 9bananas@feddit.org 3 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

percentages cannot represent absolute changes: by definition it's always a relative change.

You're not understanding the application. It is a ratio of relative proportion.
