Mayor Humdinger is the bad guy and never faces consequences and is allowed to continue in his role as Mayor of Foggy Bottom. Mayor Goodway is still Mayor of Adventure Bay despite being incompetent, neurotic, and obsessed with her pet chicken.
Paw Patrol teaches kids that local government is incompetent and evil or incompetent and feckless. While relying on an individual with advanced technology and no regulation.
