Yo, whats with that gold ornamemts? It looks forced, out of place and cheap. Was it there before Trump took office?

No. All the gaudy gold shit was added by him.
It was hard for me to find an unobstructed image of that door before he was in office, but you can see the ugly ornamentation over the window isn't there in this one:
Cheap-looking and out of place is his MO!
The rumor is that Trump was getting lost so they printed up signs that said Oval Office and taped them to the exterior. You can find pics of that.
Then they made them permanent. I don't completely believe it, but it's still plausible.
