Because I'm trying to broadcast this pollution issue to as many as possible, we're in a shit situation where all of the platforms that most people view are highly gatekept.

Without being able to see all the photos, I don’t understand the issue. A trash bin blew over and trash was being blown out of it? And you were trying to figure out who should be called to deal with it?

Yes, multiple. I'm trying to figure out how to get the city to fix the root cause which are the plastic bins blowing over in the wind. This has happened for several years now with no solution, trash being blown into the lake annually with no solution.

I already contacted the 46th and 48th ward alderpersons offices with a possible low cost solution, and made a 311 service request.
