not really. Calling the alderman is like speaking right to the manager. Calling the 311 is like pointing out the issue to an employee. they should more directly be able to report issues to streets and sans or the park services to get these collected.

Yea but getting them collected doesn't solve the root problem. I wrote already that I contacted the 46th and 48th ward alderpersons.
