Maybe there is something wron with your AC. I hav not heard of something like that happening before. Also maybe go to a doctor and have that checked up, it could be an unrelated illness. But it sounds like there might be some kind of fungus living in your AC unit... How's the maintanence on that thing? Is it a new unit or an older one?
The AC is fine and the coil cleaned recently but it is waaay over sized which causes weak dehumidification... don't know if that's a word
So the only choice is a dehumidifier.
This common mistake engineers do in my region of the world.
The only solution is a small ac (never gonna happen)
Or a dehumidifier.
A good day will come when I am at >50%... I think.
