Even if it were all above board, it's just gambling and should be heavily restricted just as all other forms of betting.
I'm against gambling, but at least with slot machines and poker tables there isn't a cash incentive to go light the forest on fire.
With sports betting you are still not allowed to bet on your own games or leauges.
