Absolutely stupid indisriminate bans by mods on various instances make it clear to me lemmy and fediverse does not want content.
if I ever get back to fediverse It would be on my own instance as its clear to me nothing short of that is going to work.

I thought the normal tip for satisfactory service was 15%.
Dont do well, ignore me, make faces if i ask for more water.... then lucky to get anything.
20% and over was for really good service of something they did for you above and beyond.
When did 25 and 30% become normal
Huh. The recommendation around here is 10%, if you're really satisfied. Europe.
I think it was around the pandemic, or shortly after, when everyone started asking for tips. Either way I think it's bs and use the original scale
