Responses that completely destroy the original argument in a way that leaves little to no room for reply - a targeted, well-placed response to another person, organization, or group of people.
The following things are not grounds for murder:
- Personal appearance ("You're fat", "You're ugly")
- Posts with little-to-no context
- Posts based on a grammar/spelling error
- Dick jokes, "Yo mama", "No, you" type responses and other low effort insults
- "Your values are bad" without any logcal or factual ways of showing that they are wrong ("I believe in capitalism" - "Well, then you must be evil" or "Fuck you you ignorant asshole")
Rules:
- Be civil and remember the human. No name calling or insults. Swearing in general is fine, but not to insult someone else.
- Discussion is encouraged but arguments are not. Don’t be aggressive and don’t argue for arguments sake.
- No bigotry of any kind.
- Censor the person info of anyone not in the public eye.
- If you break the rules you’ll get one warning before you’re banned.
- Enjoy the community in the light hearted way it’s intended.

Come on now. It was reasonable for someone to say the final solution in your scenario. It is totally reasonable to call out these things especially when it is purposefully being used like the OP. However, your scenario sounds like you are making a situation about something it isn't at all.
I accept that she wasn't referencing the historical meaning on purpose. She likely wasn't a classic Nazi trying to dog whistle. However, not recognizing the phrase is concerning. Especially given the current rise of Nazi-compatible ideology in power.
If she didn't mean it that way, I don't see how it's concerning. A lot of people display swastikas with no intention of referring to Nazis. The words "final" and "solution" aren't owned by Nazi Germany into perpetuity.
Not sure if trolling, but: I feel like people show know relevant, recent, history.
Not knowing a specific phrase isn't exactly unheard of. And a person using it to mean something else isn't a Nazi.
Not sure if you're trolling or just a fucking idiot.
I didn't say they were a Nazi. And I thought you might be trolling because " A lot of people display swastikas with no intention of referring to Nazis." sounds risible.
Well yes, the swastika was used way before Nazi time and while they definitely sullied it, I am not sure denying others the use for a completely different meaning is the best way forward.

I know it has a history. That's not the same as "a lot of people" still use it for other meaning today. If you see a swastika, you can be pretty confident what they mean
