Hard no from me. Should be North Mexico. Official name Democratic People's Republic of Mexico, or DPRM for short.
I think Canada and Mexico should split America. Mexico takes the south west, Canada takes the north, Hawaii becomes independent and the south east can be renamed "The Union", which consists of all the worst parts of what was America, just like they want.

Mexico is already actually named Estados Unidos de Mexico, or the United States of Mexico. So no name change would really be necessary
No, no. The change of name is intentional. DPRM is the most fitting name for the current Magastan as the only difference between it and the country I named it after is the language they speak.
