It's not an exaggeration to say we are all forcibly being made dumber by Trump, because we are wasting finite energy and attention that we should be using for self-improvement and instead are spending those resources on keeping track of the sociopathic imbecile with the nuclear codes. It's exhausting.

I stopped paying attention halfway through his first term. It was like a TV show you stop watching because you began to understand the formula of an episode.
